As a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care within our busy department. You'll lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality imaging services to over 180,000 patients annually.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of the Diagnostic Imaging department, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and imaging procedures.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and service excellence.
- Stay abreast of advancements in diagnostic imaging technology and best practices.
Your Qualifications
- Current CMRT registration is essential for this role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration or a Clinical discipline is required.
- Proven experience in healthcare leadership, demonstrating strong management and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling, payroll, and computer systems used within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of diagnostic imaging.
