Synnapex is seeking a Financial Operations Associate to become a vital part of our team.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial documentation
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with accounting principles
- Conduct data entry, reconciliation, and validation of financial transactions
- Support the finance department during month-end and year-end processes
- Leverage accounting software and Excel for financial data interpretation
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's degree is advantageous)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with comprehensive accounting processes including accounts receivable and payable
- Familiarity with financial reporting and management accounting is beneficial
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred
