World Designer - AAA IP

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled World Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of a new AAA IP. As a World Designer, you will be responsible for designing and owning world sections and layouts, creating a living and breathing world that immerses players in the game's universe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and own world sections and layouts from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure level design intentions are respected.
  • Establish conventions and improve the design of the world's intentions, scale, distances, paths, and metrics.
  • Support mission integrations and world events in levels.
  • Review and support the work of junior teammates.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of game industry experience as a level/world designer, especially on AAA titles.
  • Strong understanding of space, flow, and pacing.
  • Proficient with Unreal Engine and related tools.
  • Experience with procedural content generation is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in French and/or English.
