About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camp Operations Manager to join our team at NRB Modular Solutions. As a Camp Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our remote lodge, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the camp, including staff supervision and training
  • Uphold camp and workplace health and safety standards
  • Meet with clients and provide quality customer service
  • Supervise, train, and manage staff performance issues
  • Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and daily and weekly meetings
  • Inspect, evaluate, and ensure the camp cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain project budget, tracking occupancy, staffing, and monitoring expenses
  • Perform administrative tasks, including liaisons with the client, managing room bookings, and preparing reports
  • Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems

Requirements

  • Camp, hotel, or restaurant management experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations is an asset
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Advanced Food Safety certification and First Aid certification
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role
