About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at MSE Precast Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various construction equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and other machinery, under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other construction personnel, including carpenters, electricians, and engineers, to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The Construction Labourer role is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
  • Work Environment: The Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced construction environment, exposed to various weather conditions and physical hazards.
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors is essential.
