Key Responsibilities:- Support onboarding and facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll for two locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain HRIS data, including new hires, status changes, leaves of absence, and promotions.
- Provide employee relations support, including conducting investigations and addressing employee inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training, employee awards, and other engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct best practice surveys and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
