Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize product sales and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and patient support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on dermatology or related fields.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
