  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and patient support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on dermatology or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within and external to assigned territory.
