About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales results by effectively merchandising products, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and executing sales floor strategies
  • Assist with receiving and stocking procedures, including unloading merchandise from trucks and checking in shipments
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
  • Perform store maintenance tasks, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Assist with executing company data integrity processes and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
