The Physiotherapist is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient and inpatient programs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with neurological and orthopaedic diagnoses in the acute and rehabilitation phases of care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy with evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapy.
- Eligible for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
- 1-3 years experience working with patients of various ages with neurological and orthopaedic diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
