- Generate reports and documents as requested, and process items for client accounts and files.
- Maintain and organize client database and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure transactions and tasks are assigned to team members and completed in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to team members, including training on new technology and software.
- Gather and distribute information on updates to training, guidelines, technology, and other business-related information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Follow all risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure the safeguarding of client assets and confidentiality.
- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of wealth management company operations, including client services, trust services, and account transfers.
- Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook exam within 18 months of hire.
- Basic specialized knowledge and strong verbal and written communication skills.
