About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Active Pilates Inc. as a key member of our fitness team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Develop and deliver high-quality Pilates classes to clients of all levels, focusing on proper technique and form.
    • Design and implement customized Pilates programs for clients with specific goals and needs.
  • Program Development
    • Contribute to the development of new Pilates programs and services, ensuring they align with our company's mission and values.
    • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create engaging and effective group fitness classes.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging retention and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other fitness professionals to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science or physical education.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pilates instructor, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills
    • Excellent teaching and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Pilates techniques and equipment.
