Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at B.C. LTD. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Environment: Work independently, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a physically demanding environment with bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and walking.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week and English as the primary language of communication.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
