IT Project Manager III

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager III to lead large-scale complex projects and programs from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans to deliver high-quality projects.
- Act as a mentor within the PMO department and a subject matter expert in IT project management methodology for the business.
- Manage large-scale projects and programs to successful completion, working multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and align project objectives with company goals, overseeing strategic plans and adapting as needed.
- Expertly create and manage all necessary documentation, monitoring, driving, and managing all aspects of project scope.
- Clearly communicate and manage project expectations to all stakeholders, expertly facilitating all project-related meetings.
- Manage projects in multiple project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, POC, etc.) and participate in the development and evolution of PMO standards.
- 8 to 10+ years of experience with highly complex IT projects/programs from inception to completion.
- Master's Degree in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or IT Leadership preferred; combination of relevant education and work experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Master's Certification in IT Project Management, Certified Scrum Master, or similar work experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial aviation field or relatable experience.
- Advanced knowledge of use case, business, business requirement, functional requirement, and user stories validation and management.
- Expert level knowledge of IT project management templates and software.
