Fish Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team at Sunny Seafood Ltd. as a key member of our fish processing department.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparation: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters of fish to meet customer demands.
- Meat Handling and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats, including fish and shellfish, for sale.
- Weighing and Pricing: Weigh meats for sale and price meat products accurately.
- Cleaning and Preparation: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Special Orders and Displays: Prepare special orders and create visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
- Supervision and Teamwork: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Environment: Cold/refrigerated work site environment.
- Work Setting: Fish store.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
