Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Capital Automotive Group Inc./ DBA Capital Automall. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand management strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand management plans to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Manage and maintain brand assets, including logos, trademarks, and copyrights.
  • Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of brand management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with the ability to serve as a backup designer.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters. The role requires occasional travel to our business units for meetings, training, and brand audits.
