Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Welcome customers to the store and engage in conversations to build relationships and trust.
  • Actively seek out customers in-store and offer assistance to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered, and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to increase average transaction value and drive sales growth.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers through consistent and personalized service.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and visual merchandising standards to maintain a high-quality store environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Lindt Chocolate, promoting the brand's values and products to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Support sales targets and goals by working collaboratively with the team to achieve results.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory duties.
  • Assist with corporate gifting and other special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with point-of-sale transactions and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures and visual merchandising standards.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A friendly and energetic personality, with a customer service focus and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
