Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at MANGO Mapleview location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store, driving profitable top-line sales growth, and coaching store associates to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial success of the store, including meeting individual sales and metric goals
  • Drive profitable top-line sales growth and coach store associates to consistently provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales potential and build a high-performing team
  • Ensure visual and merchandising standards are met and provide a positive in-store experience for customers
  • Manage controllable expenses and optimize talent by developing direct reports and building effective teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fast fashion retail environment
  • Prior sales management experience and proven ability to drive sales results
  • Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings
