  • Lead a team of quality engineers to design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain quality engineering metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of quality engineering initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to quality engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
