About the Role

Sony Pictures Imageworks is committed to creating innovative visual effects for the entertainment industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compositing Artist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Combine layers of previously created materials to create final images that meet art direction.
  • Integrate foreground, mid-ground, and background scenes to extend a set, scene, environment, or effect.
  • Incorporate characters or digital objects into scenes.
  • Create seamless transitions from filmed footage into composited content.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressively complex experience in production or feature film.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant software, including Nuke.
  • Able to composite multiple types of shots from simple to moderately difficult.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45.34 to $65.10/hr, as well as benefits including healthcare, tuition reimbursement, RRSP's, Sick and Vacation leave, and standard increases as applicable.
