Program Support Clerk Job Summary
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Program Support Clerk to join the Mental Health Program Administration team at the Squamish Mental Health Unit in Squamish, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Home Health, Mental Health, and Public Health program staff.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, filing, and typing reports.
- Manage switchboard and reception duties, answering general inquiries related to Community Health programs.
Qualifications:
- Grade Twelve or equivalent, and Office Administration Certificate, and one year related experience, or two years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
- Ability to keyboard 5,000 keystrokes per hour.
