Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Midas Auto and Tire Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including tire and brake services, suspension and steering repairs, and engine diagnostics.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems
- Repair and maintain vehicles, including tires, brakes, suspension, and engine components
- Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high productivity and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies
- Valid Certificate of Qualification in the province of Ontario
- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools and equipment (diagnostic scanner and tools preferred)
