Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport essential construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt to ensure quality work.
  • Pipeline Assistance: Help align pipes during the construction of pipelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Site Support: Assist in drilling and blasting rock, framing houses, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Demolition Tasks: Aid in the safe demolition of buildings, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintenance Duties: Perform routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills or contaminants as necessary.
  • Debris Management: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend to machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are functioning properly.
  • Traffic Direction: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safety for workers and the public.
