By analyzing historical financial data, conducting variance analysis, and tracking KPIs, the team advises on critical investment decisions and performance enhancements.

As the FP&A Manager – Product Costing and Supply Chain, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key contributor to enhance the costing process, ensuring precision and accountability in inputs.
  • Creating financial models to improve forecasting and budgeting for essential components of Cost of Sales Variances and their relationship with Cost of Goods Sold.
  • Overseeing and managing company elimination entries related to intercompany transactions.
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing team on seasonal margin objectives, incorporating margin reviews at critical planning stages.
  • Identifying and assisting in the execution of Gross Margin enhancement initiatives, particularly concerning free on board costs.
  • Working alongside cross-functional partners affecting standard costing assumptions, including Customs & Duty, Sourcing, and Distribution & Logistics, to provide insights on results and facilitate informed decision-making for future planning.
  • Partnering with the Inventory Accounting team to document the comprehensive inventory process and its financial implications.
  • Standardizing deliverables for the Product & Supply Chain FP&A team to improve consistency and predictability in outputs for our cross-functional partners.
  • Leading the preparation of monthly and quarterly corporate reports, ensuring alignment with requirements from the parent company.
  • Enhancing the month-end review process and automating reporting wherever feasible.
  • Improving Cost of Sales Variances reporting to create better visibility and accurate cost mapping.
  • Leading high-level reforecasts and rolling forecast capabilities.
  • Conducting ad-hoc reporting and project work as necessary.
