Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Operations Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Surveillance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring interior and exterior areas of our properties using closed-circuit television cameras and maintaining visual records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document violations, large cash transactions, excluded guests, and unauthorized access
  • Maintain logs and records for evidence purposes
  • Monitor and report on the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience; experience in security or surveillance an asset
  • Responsible Liquor Service Certification (e.g., Serving it Right Certification)
  • Computer proficiency
  • Keen eye for detail, with the ability to focus on monitors for long periods
  • Adherence to high standards, methods, and procedures
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
Work Environment

Regular office environment, non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances.
