Position Overview:

In this role, you will be tasked with the maintenance and repair of commercial cooking apparatus while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in appliance servicing or a related discipline
  • Possession of a valid trade license is highly advantageous
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
  • Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations
  • Openness to travel for training and development
