About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at SavvyPro Edu Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining computer databases, operating database management systems to analyze data, and implementing data administration policies, standards, and models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Development and Maintenance
    • Design, develop, and maintain computer databases to store and manage data
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Operate database management systems to analyze data and generate reports
    • Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions
  • Data Governance and Compliance
    • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience
    • Experience in data management, database administration, or related field
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g. MySQL, MS Windows)
    • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. C, C++, Java, Python)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
