Your Impact

As a Senior Electrical Structure Technician, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of electrical infrastructure. You'll work on complex projects that require innovative solutions, and your expertise will make a real difference in the lives of citizens.

Your Daily Work
  • Develop your career in a human-centered organization with a convivial atmosphere
  • Work on stimulating projects that combine technical work, design, drafting, and project management
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable energy projects as a technical designer for public and private electricity producers in Quebec
  • Influence project direction and design, participating in all stages of projects in collaboration with engineers and technicians from various disciplines
  • Occasionally visit construction sites to conduct site surveys and monitor work progress
  • Contribute to the design of civil (structure) projects of various sizes
  • Work in a team on multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with other business units
  • Assist engineers in their design tasks and participate in preparing plans and estimates
  • Act as a project manager or discipline lead for various projects
Your Background
  • Your application will stand out if you possess the following expertise and experience:
  • Diploma in a field related to electricity or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field of structure
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Carte ASP Construction (health and safety on construction sites)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Comfort with technical drawing and software such as AutoCAD (Catia or Inventor would be an asset)
