Role Responsibilities
As a Lead ColdFusion Application Engineer, you will:
- Engage in the design, implementation, and enhancement of eLearning management software solutions.
- Create and maintain digital forms, directories, reporting systems, eCommerce components, and other modules within the eLearning platform.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and optimizations to enhance platform performance and user satisfaction.
- Perform extensive testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software releases, providing ongoing technical support and maintenance post-deployment.
- Oversee website development projects, transforming mockups into functional web interfaces utilizing ColdFusion, MSSQL, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, and JSON.
- Manage Content Management Systems to ensure a user-friendly interface for clients.
- Develop, test, and deploy applications across various environments.
- Collaborate closely with managers, team leads, designers, and fellow developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
- Utilize a variety of ColdFusion frameworks to develop web applications.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on ColdFusion.
- A strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks, including ColdFusion, Lucee, ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL and MSSQL.
- Proficiency in using development and collaboration tools like GitHub, Docker, JIRA, Postman, Source Tree, Tortoise SVN, BitBucket, and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
