Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst/Manager Compensation

MDA Space, a global leader in communications satellites, Earth and space observation, and space exploration and infrastructure, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst/Manager Compensation to join their team.

About the Role:

The Senior Compensation Analyst/Manager Compensation will play a key role in the review and analysis of activities related to MDA's compensation programs. This includes analyzing compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures, possessing deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, and demonstrating strong skills in stakeholder communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with organizational goals
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements:

A University Degree in HR, Administration or Actuarial is preferred. The successful candidate will have substantial experience with compensation management systems and the ability to balance organizational goals with employee satisfaction and retention.
