About the Role

The Brick is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Furniture/Appliance Delivery Driver Helper. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Delivery Driver with route planning and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Inspect and load products onto delivery vehicles to ensure safe transportation.
  • Physically lift and carry products into customers' homes, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
  • Document delivery status and provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assemble products in customers' homes to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the delivery team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick.
