Position Overview

Westwood Landscapes Inc. is seeking a dedicated Landscaping Foreman/Woman to oversee our landscape construction projects. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The position is primarily outdoors, requiring the ability to handle various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate labor and material needs for projects
  • Oversee and coordinate landscape construction activities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality
  • Train team members on their roles and company policies
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
