Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Samak Investments Inc. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff
    • Direct and manage the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
