Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and control food costs and labor expenses.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
