Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager, Construction to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Oversee the development of pre-construction processes, including bid management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including cost, schedule, and quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a management leadership role in a construction company.
  • Experience in large design-build and complex projects.
  • Track record of successful commercial pre-construction project management of large, complex construction projects in excess of $50M.
  • Proficiency in conceptual estimating, benchmarking, and market testing, and knowledge of analytics related to project pursuits.
  • Experience in gaining major bids with joint venture partners, with proven management of successful infrastructure and construction bids.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
