About the Role:

The Boyd Group is seeking a highly skilled AP Payment Analyst to join our team. As an AP Payment Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, onboarding new suppliers into Workday, processing payments to suppliers, and resolving banking issues related to payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Onboard new suppliers into Workday, ensuring seamless integration and compliance
  • Process payments to suppliers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve banking issues related to payments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Audit expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable processing
  • Workday or other ERP experience is an asset

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Excel, including V lookup and pivot tables
  • Effective communication, both oral and written
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $18.00/hr.
