We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Credit Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Credit department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Credit team, ensuring adherence to established financial standards and procedures.
- Credit Policy Enforcement: Inspect all in-house accounts to ensure compliance with our credit policy, and assist with collection efforts as necessary.
- Relationship Management: Manage relations with credit reporting agencies, credit insurance providers, and the sales department.
- Account Management: Manage all account queries and disputes, and ensure timely credit collections of outstanding payments.
- Financial Reporting: Review and analyze financial reports, including the Accounts Receivable ledger, to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Credit operations.
- Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
- Language: Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
