Job Summary

Chennai Caters Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve company goals
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Financial Operations
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
    • Manage financial control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a finance management role
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
