Job Responsibilities

As a Community Occupational Therapist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting functional assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions and group programs to clients
  • Liaising with clients' healthcare teams and payers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Developing and implementing graduated activity and return-to-work plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current COTBC Membership or eligibility for registration
  • Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written
  • Strong Organizational Skills - ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases
  • Reliable Vehicle - for clinical appointments
  • Experience Working with Agency Payers - an asset
