Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Monarch House LTD. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews, and formal assessments.
  • Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and to maximize independent function in all activities of life.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain clinical and progress reports to track client progress.
  • Conduct research in occupational therapy to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
