Convenience Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Convenience Store Clerk to join our team at Abercrombie Video and Variety. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform other tasks as required.
