Convenience Store Manager

Abercrombie Video and Variety is seeking a highly motivated and organized Convenience Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage the store's inventory, merchandise, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, promote products, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train store staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
