Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing office procedures, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients, and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
