Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital and Consumable Territory Sales Manager to join our team at STERIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Actively identify and pursue profitable revenue growth opportunities while maintaining account retention.
  • Prepare and present analysis and proposals to customers, leveraging STERIS products and services to solve their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-suite executives, department leaders, and key influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to ensure STERIS products and services remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a strong understanding of the hospital buying process.
  • Experience selling to a variety of departments, with a focus on MDRA and GI departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
