About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for bidding on assigned projects and providing support to the project management team once projects are sold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze plans, specifications, and bid invitations to ensure accurate product selection
  • Survey products to be bid on in the plans and evaluate technical content to ensure proposed products meet specified requirements
  • Select products using manufacturer pricing software and ensure that bid products meet plan and specification requirements
  • Prepare bids to be sent to contractors and actively participate in meetings to establish strategies for closing key projects
  • Follow the project through to bid submission, checking for addenda and ensuring the closing date and time are adhered to
  • Provide technical support to clients and the sales team, as well as support all stakeholders on the project team
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the contractual chain related to our HVAC-R field and participate in various company marketing activities
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC-R industry
  • Specialized studies in building mechanics (DEC in building mechanics or BEng in mechanical/building/construction engineering)
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and general knowledge in building mechanics
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
