Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need.

Job Description:Education and Experience:

We require a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, as well as 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. You must be willing to relocate for this position and have a criminal record check.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports or case histories
  • Implement life skills workshops
  • Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services
  • Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
  • Conduct follow-up assessments
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Work Environment:

Our team works in a hospital/medical facility or clinic setting, and you will be required to work under pressure. You must be willing to relocate and have a criminal record check.
