About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RedChillies Sports Bar. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service department. This includes establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food.

Ensure Quality Control

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required. Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
