Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA and APEGS
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
