About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Rychiger Canada Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify design opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications
  • Conduct testing and validation of mechanical systems and components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
