Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Harry's Travel World.

Job Summary:

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing difficult situations, and selling travel products and services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage difficult situations with customers and provide solutions to their travel needs.
  • Sell travel products and services to clients, including flights, hotels, and packages.
  • Use computerized reservation and ticketing systems to make travel arrangements.
  • Provide customers with travel information and advice on destinations, transportation, and accommodation options.
  • Develop and maintain contact lists of clients and travel industry partners.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Galileo, Amadeus, and Apollo systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other travel software packages.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Hindi and Punjabi.
