Development Coordinator, Western College of Veterinary Medicine

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Development Coordinator to join our team at the University of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our Development team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with donors, managing donor stewardship, and supporting fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify new prospects for the college and implement face-to-face cultivation and solicitation plans to attract increased giving.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors, ensuring their continued engagement and support for the university.
- Manage donor thank you and stewardship processes for the college, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Develop a deep understanding of the WCVM mission, programs, and strategic priorities to effectively communicate and align donor interests.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple and competing priorities.
